1. Eligibility and Account Setup
Wholesale accounts are available only to legitimate businesses with a valid tax identification number. Individuals without a registered business are not eligible.
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing will vary based on customer category and purchase volume. Standard pricing tiers apply, and customers may be moved to better tiers at New Dawn Aquaculture's discretion.
Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Debit, Cash, and PayPal.
Full payment is required before orders are shipped.
Bulk purchase discounts may apply to select products.
3. Shipping and Handling
All shipping logistics will be managed by New Dawn Aquaculture, with shipping costs calculated at checkout and borne by the customer.
Shipping Schedule:
- Dry Goods: Shipped Monday to Friday.
- Livestock (Wholesale Orders): Shipped Monday to Wednesday.
- There is no free shipping option.
4. Product Availability and Substitution
Our Arrive Alive Guarantee applies to all wholesale orders, as it does for retail orders.
No product substitutions will occur without customer approval.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Damaged goods will be replaced or directed to appropriate warranty channels.
A 10% restocking fee applies to returned products.
Livestock can only be returned if in the same health as when it was shipped.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers may sell our products on their website, storefront, or to clients in service-based businesses at Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) listed on our website.
Customers may match any MAP pricing sales authorized by New Dawn Aquaculture on ndaquaculture.ca.
7. Termination of Wholesale Agreement
New Dawn Aquaculture reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time for any reason.
8. Legal Compliance and Liability
Customers are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations for selling products.
New Dawn Aquaculture is not liable for any legal compliance issues faced by wholesale customers.
9. Modifications and Updates
New Dawn Aquaculture reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Alberta, Canada.
