Pod Block

Pod Block is a stackable copepod habitat designed for reef systems that need a more structured place for pods to settle and stay established.

Each block measures 180 mm (7.09 in) x 80 mm (3.15 in) x 75 mm (2.95 in) and is 3D printed in PETG. The top and bottom feature an interlocking connection pattern that lets you stack multiple units together into a larger pod refuge while keeping the footprint compact and easy to place.

Pod Block is made for use in sumps, overflows, refugiums, and all-in-one chambers where protected habitat can help support more stable pod populations without adding unnecessary complexity to the system.

Placement

Place Pod Block in a sump, overflow, refugium, or all-in-one chamber where water movement can carry pods through the structure without turning the area into a high-turbulence zone. Seed with live pods as needed and leave the block in place as a dedicated habitat area.
