Potassium19+

Potassium19+ is a concentrated potassium supplement for measured correction in reef aquariums. Use it only when a current potassium result is below the selected target. A dose of 1 mL per 5 US gallons raises potassium by 5.00 ppm and chloride by approximately 4.53 ppm.

Instructions

Test potassium with a reliable reef test before dosing.

Calculate dose: Use actual aquarium water volume, the measured potassium deficit, and the Reef Charge calculator.

Dose safely: Do not increase potassium by more than 20 ppm in 24 hours. Split larger corrections across separate days and re-test after 24 hours before repeating.

Compatibility: Account for potassium supplied by the salt mix and every other supplement before dosing.
